Hello again! Today I would want to share to you about how to avoid stress, especially for teenagers like me.
Stress can be defined as the degree to which you feel overwhelmed or unable to cope as a result of pressures that are unmanageable.
So, how to avoid stress? Here are some tips you can follow: 1. Take some time to relax
We often feel stressed when there's a lot of things on our mind and we feel pressured because of that. We feel like everything is crushing us at once and the solution to this problem is to relax. Give yourself some time to rest and think thoroughly on how to overcome the problem you're facing. Take one step at a time and don't let the problems you have pressure you. 2. Do things you enjoy doing
To avoid stress, you should also do something that makes you feel happy and you enjoy doing it. This is to make sure that your heart and mind is always at ease because you're feeling happy. You can do things that involves physical activity like swimming or jogging. You can also things that expands your creativity like drawing and writing or just do the simple things that helps you to chill, like watching a movie or reading. You can choose to do anything you want to do, as long as it doesn't make you feel stressed.

3. Manage your time well
To have a relaxed mind and body, you must manage your time very well. Time management is essential to make sure that you will always complete the tasks you need to do in time and avoid procrastination. This will help to avoid you from getting stress because of overload works. You can try by making a daily schedule that can be your guide on what you need to do on that day.
In conclusion, there's a lot of ways on how to avoid stress. Find a method that suits you the best and try to apply it in your life. It is important to make sure that your stress do not control you, you need to control the stress. I hope that what I shared today is somehow beneficial for any of you.
