This article is about 15 characteristics of a 21st century teacher. It is said that the advancement of technology today has contribute greatly to the significance of 21st century learning. In order to fully apply this method of learning in class, the teacher must have attributes that comply to the 21st century learning. As a result, it can bring a lot of benefits to both the teachers and the students.

In my opinion, one of the benefits of 21st century learning is that students are able to collaborate with each other effectively. Students can collaborate by doing assignments given by the teachers in groups. When students collaborate, they will change opinions and ideas between them. This will help to expand their knowledge and also encourage them to be open-minded.

Another benefit of 21st century learning is it can help the teachers to improve their technology literacy skills as they learn to use the software and applications available on their smartphones or computer. As a result, they can conduct their learning sessions even more successfully by using different methods in teaching their students. This will increase their students’ interest on learning and joining their classes.
